You could be deep in conversation with the hottest guy in the room and someone whispers to another person the word "pie" and you whip your head around to find out what they are talking about. That is the power of that very special word. Whoever created that word should be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. Ditto to the person that made the very first pie. We salute you! (Being close to 4th of July and all - I felt a salute was in order!)
Well, for those of you who don't know about Snohomish Pie Company in Snohomish, WA - you are going to love me after you read this blog...
I know, I know - you do not want to hear about pie with bikini-season upon us...but this place is a must-try when you are feeling oh-so-deserving and you cannot stand the word diet one more day! Mmmmmm....

Love the Pie Company! This is one of my favorite places to get a cup of soup on Sunday and a slice of pie. YUM!
